In order to allow customers to request an RFQ quickly, a WordPress Plugin was created which allows the quick creation of an RFQ within ]project-open[ (e.g. https://ifrs15.de/contact-form/). This also prohibits Spam using a captcha and allow the PM to delete the RFQ again.

The customer can upload files, select the type of translation, target language and provide the necessary data for actually creating a Quote.

Within ]project-open[ this information is provided in the new RFQ table

This table provides an overview of the RFQ and allows the download of the files to preview them.

Afterwards you can create the project directly from the quote or delete the RFQ.

]project-open[ will try to match customers based on E-Mails and company name, but if no match is found, it offers the ability to manually

If files have been provided, during project creation ]project-open[ will automatically call a configured MemoQ instance to get the number of source words and prepare the Quote.
